Reach Up
Reach Up is a center and/or home-based opportunity for parents on state assistance to receive training, support, education and job skills to help them achieve self-sufficiency. Reach Up Case Managers help identify skills, interests and goals in a supportive environment. Once goals are established a plan is written to help parents achieve employment by assisting them with finding and securing childcare, transportation and other work related costs.
Reach Up case managers are knowledgeable about the variety of state programs, training and education opportunities and resources available to families.
