MFCC offers a wide range of support services to local families. These include serving as a resource and referral site for families needing help finding housing, food, clothing, transportation, childcare, education, and employment training programs.   MFCC accepts donations of warm clothing, food, and toys to give to                                                        children and families in need.


Emergency Food Shelf The MFCC Emergency Food Shelf provides basic food assistance for families in need. It is available to families in need year-round with supplies being dependent on community donations and local food banks. The MFCC Emergency Food Shelf is available weekdays from 8am-5pm.  Phone calls are preferredin advance; 893-1457. The MFCC food shelf is closed on weekends and holidays. MFCC provides food to an average of 125 families per month.

Food donations from the community and local businesses helps make sure that there is enough healthy and nutritious food for all the families that come to us for assistance.  The MFCC Food Shelf also partners with the Vermont Food Bank to access food at a very low cost.  Please contact MFCC if you or your organization are interested in planning a food drive to benefit MFCC’s  Emergency Food Shelf.
